Refund Information

- Full Refund - If the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us by email to initiate the refund request. A full refund will be issued once we confirm that the product has not been activated, used, or accessed. Refund processing typically takes up to 24 hours after verification.
- 70% Refund - If a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery and the product has been activated, accessed, or partially used, a 70% refund of the order amount will be issued after verification. Refund processing usually takes up to 24 hours.
- 50% Refund - For refund requests, please contact us first. If a chargeback or dispute is filed through your credit card issuer or PayPal, a 50% refund will apply in accordance with our Terms of Service, even if the product is later verified as unused.
- No Refund - Refunds will not be issued if the product cannot be verified as unused or has been activated, accessed, or altered. In addition, we are unable to process refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after the date of delivery.
